On Feb. 2nd¡V 3rd, 2011, which were the traditional Chinese New Year
Eve and New Year of 2011, WCAA hosted a series of events to celebrate
it, including New Year Eve overnight party, having special dinner,
burning the first incense and making wishes on the New Year early
morning, etc. It facilitated Westerners to understand traditional
eastern New Year, experience Chinese culture and a series of Buddhist
events on that day, and promote eastern-western culture exchange.
